Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Travel as needed to support organizational activities.
• Experience with grassroots organizations, foundations, or fundraising preferred.
• Strong operational skills with budget management and 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily regional office operations and oversee calendar of events.
• Develop and monitor regional budget in coordination with finance.
• Supervise regional staff and track performance/time-off requests.
• Plan and facilitate fundraising activities and donor engagement events.
• Represent Islamic Relief USA in external groups and communicate with donors and supporters.
