RoadGuard, part of a broader GeoStabilization International platform, seeks a Director of Operations to lead field execution and PMO across the Western region, driving safety, operational consistency, and financial performance.

You'll manage operations and financial oversight of concurrent roadway safety projects, coordinating with regional leaders, project managers, and HR to scale the business while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel up to 30% across the West region is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years in construction, field operations, or industrial services.
• At least 5 years in operational leadership with project management responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as driver under company/insurance requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

Mansioni

• Lead regional operations team delivering concurrent roadway safety projects.
• Oversee PMO including scheduling, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Own budgets, project margins, and P&L; use data to drive decisions.
• Deploy lean improvements and scalable systems for growth.
• Build high-performing field and PMO teams with leaders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Safety, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare bids and manage contracting and pre-bid activities.
