As we continue our rapid national growth, we are seeking a Regional Operations Director who embodies a people-first mindset and a passion for high performance.

What you'll do

  • Lead clinic operations across a defined multi-state region, ensuring each clinic runs efficiently, profitably, and with clinical excellence.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing clinic teams — including front desk, medical assistants, and sonographers — to deliver exceptional care.
  • Partner directly with physicians and APPs to foster a collaborative, high-trust clinical environment.
  • Drive operational results by translating strategic priorities into field execution, including clinic ramp-ups, staffing models, patient engagement, and more.
  • Be the regional owner of both performance and culture — ensuring patients and teammates feel heard, respected, and supported.

Who you are

  • A compassionate, servant leader who genuinely values people — leading with empathy, clarity, and accountability.
  • A high performer with a strong operational background in multi-site healthcare management.
  • A self-driven executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and solves problems with confidence and care.
  • A connector and communicator — able to build positive, influential relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership in healthcare (clinic, outpatient, or practicebased preferred)
  • Strong understanding of clinic workflows, staffing models, and patient throughput.
  • Proven ability to lead regional performance, team development, and P&L results.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Business, or related)
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally (up to 70%)
