Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Communications Specialist for Region North America Operations. You will shape and deliver communications that connect people to strategy, priorities, culture and performance, reporting to the Head of Communications for Region North America.

You will develop employee communications, partner with HR and site leadership, and manage channels to inform and engage frontline and salaried employees across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of communications experience.
• Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Experience supporting change communications and engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop employee communications to inform, engage and inspire across NA Operations.
• Translate business priorities into clear, actionable messages for leaders and teams.
• Support executive communications for the COO and Operations leadership, including All Hands events.
• Manage employee channels and create timely, relevant frontline content.
• Measure and report on communication reach and impact with analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and Corporate Communications for aligned messaging.
• Support crisis and change communications as needed.
• Assist with events, salaried communications and external communications as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
