Cancer Center of South Florida PLLC seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to provide operational leadership for nursing teams across oncology services. You will partner with senior leaders to support high-quality patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires travel between Palm Beach Gardens and Palm Springs locations and ensures day-to-day operations, workforce management, and implementation of nursing initiatives across departments.

Competenze

• BSN required; MSN preferred or graduate training in nursing leadership.
• 5 years Oncology Nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient settings required.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise Nurse Navigators, RN Triage Nurses, and Nurse Educators.
• Lead daily operations and staffing management for assigned nursing departments.
• Monitor productivity, quality indicators, patient experience metrics, and operational performance.
• Implement evidence-based nursing initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Participate in budget planning and resource management.
• Support nursing recruitment, retention, succession planning, and staff engagement.
• Lead departmental performance improvement initiatives and monitor outcome metrics.
