Qualifications

• Five years' experience in clinical specialty.
• Master's Degree and Clinical Licensure in their specialty required.

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Professionalism in interpersonal skills with patients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient rounds to ensure needs are met and orders carried out.
• Assist with planning, organizing and evaluating the unit's Mental Health Group Program.
• Maintain scheduling/staffing guidelines for Therapy staff.
• Complete or assist with formal staff performance evaluations.
• Supervise documentation in the patient's medical record.
• Act as unit expert with clinical documentation (electronic and paper).
• Resolve conflicts with patients, families and staff.
• Communicate new information to staff and coordinate with manager.
