Location: In-office role, primarily based in Columbus/Polaris, Cincinnati, or Cleveland, Ohio. Travel to other Ohio locations as required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales and business growth, collaborating with the Clinical Training Team and Director of Operations to meet standards and promote continuous growth. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations, this role combines sales expertise with team leadership to support our clinics. A background in medical or aesthetic work is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the clinics, promoting efficiency and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Training and Operations Teams to uphold clinical standards and foster professional growth.
  • Report regularly to the Chief of Staff on clinic performance, sales targets, and team development.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to enhance social media presence and promote services.
  • Maintain high standards for facility cleanliness and patient experience.
  • Contribute to financial planning, budget management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates and collaborate remotely with team members.
Requirements
  • Management experience in sales, office, or clinic settings; experience in medical, retail, or beauty industries preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop clinical and sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic technology and office systems.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and medical law preferred.
  • Background in clinical or medical work is a plus but not required.

Job Details
