Job summary
SSM Health St Clare is seeking an RNeducator to assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities for an assigned service. You will collaborate with nurse managers to identify learning needs and develop programs aligned with evidence-based practice.
The role supports onboarding standardization, curriculum development and change management, while traveling regionally to assist multiple ministries within the STL area.
Qualifications
- BSN required; master's preferred.
- Two years RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience in education or clinical coaching is a plus.
- Ability to travel to all SSM ministries in STL region.
- Strong curriculum planning and change-management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with nurse managers to assess learning needs and competencies.
- Develops and evaluates educational plans and materials.
- Maintains training records in the Learning Management System.
- Applies evidence-based practice to nursing education and patient care.
- Contributes to onboarding curriculum standardization across ministries.
- Supports planning, curriculum development, implementation and evaluation of programs.
