Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required with minimum three (3) years in business operations, clinical health care, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience with or without direct reports.
• RN license (Oregon) required at hire and Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practice models and care delivery systems across multiple locations.
• Investigate and resolve patient/family concerns regarding care and services.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care providers to ensure safe patient care across the continuum.
• Monitor resources, equipment, supplies, and medications in assigned clinical areas.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure staff licensing and competency; delegate tasks per scope of practice.
