SiteOne Landscape Supply seeks an Area Business Manager to lead a four-location nursery operation across Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, overseeing roughly $30M+ in annual revenue. You will strengthen nursery expertise, coach high-performing teams, and drive exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

4-7+ years of nursery, horticulture, landscape supply, agriculture, or related green industry leadership experience.
Experience managing business performance through a P&L with budgeting and financial oversight.
Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Build a high-performing team across four locations with a focus on retention and development.
Deliver customer value by setting high standards for product, service and partnerships.
Drive safety, performance, growth, and asset productivity through disciplined execution.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across sites.
Develop winning strategies with clear action plans and measurable results.
Understand local market dynamics and coach store leaders to achieve financial targets.
