SiteOne Landscape Supply in Texas seeks an Area Business Manager to lead a four-location nursery operation with $30M+ in annual revenue. You will drive operational excellence, strengthen nursery expertise, and develop high-performing teams capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences and business results.

This leadership role requires coaching, accountability, and the ability to align strategies with store goals.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of nursery, horticulture, landscape supply, agriculture, or related green industry experience.
• Knowledge of nursery purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• 2+ years of P&L management, budgeting, and accounts receivable/payable experience.

Responsabilités

• Build a high-performing team across four locations and foster a positive work environment.
• Set customer value standards and ensure consistent execution across stores.
• Coach store leaders to improve performance and develop career growth.
• Drive safety, housekeeping and operational excellence while achieving sales and profit goals.
• Travel up to 60% across the Southern Texas area to engage customers and teams.
