Job summary

ARIA Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the implementation and maintenance of clinical and quality initiatives across the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and policies.

You will monitor quality data, assist with risk management and infection control, coordinate education, and promote teamwork to deliver safe, patient-centered care. Travel may be required to engage with leadership and survey teams.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Wisconsin with active license.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience, post-acute/skilled preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of performance improvement and utilization management.
• Ability to document accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and measure QA activities.
• Review clinical records and provide feedback to Clinical Leadership.
• Compile and trend quality data in patient care, safety, risk management, infection control, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Identify training needs based on trends and support QA program rollout.
• Travel to coordinate across facilities.
