Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and demonstrated strong nursing specialty experience. Graduate of an accredited state-approved School of Nursing. Five (5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including at least two (2) years in supervisory/management roles.
Certifications/Licenses	RN license in New Jersey. CPR Certification. Valid driver's license.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Owns vehicle or has alternative transportation means.
Preferred Qualifications	Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment	Ability to move between units, perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exertion during job activities.
Special Conditions	Must be approved by the Department of Corrections and adhere to all DOC requirements.
