You will shape practice standards, design educational programs, and manage resources and succession planning while ensuring high-quality care. RN license, BSN, 5+ years CVICU/cardiac and 2+ years in management are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- 5+ years of cardiovascular/cardiac experience.
- 2 years of RN Manager or Supervisor experience.
- Registered Nurse with current license.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days.
