Responsibilities
- Overseeing nursing services within the designated area of our organization.
- Developing and executing operation plans for nursing services that align with business goals.
- Tracking daily performance and adjusting to maintain productivity standards.
- Coordinating with nurses, physicians, and managers to improve patient care.
- Designing and implementing metrics, reports, and tools to monitor service delivery and identify improvement areas.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
