Responsibilities

• Establish best practice models and perform strategic planning for patient care delivery.
• Lead investigations of patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
• Form strategic partnerships with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
• Forecast resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
• Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
• Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous learning and oversee recruitment and development of talent.
