• Registered Nurse in WA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire.
• Master's degree in education/training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate nursing and clinical education programs across the organization.
• Perform needs analyses and develop education modules aligned to guidelines (city, county, state, federal, and The Joint Commission).
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient care quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Create/update education materials and curricula.
• Deliver training and assess outcomes across clinical staff.
