Job summary

North Oaks Communities is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to support clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

You will provide clinical oversight to nursing teams, participate in QA initiatives, train staff, and collaborate with facility administrators to improve outcomes. Travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and survey processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to facility nursing teams.
• Support compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with staff training, education, and mentorship.
