We are seeking a high-potential, emerging Regional Nurse Consultant to support skilled nursing facilities in Los Angeles, CA area.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a mission-driven operator that prioritizes mentorship, long-term development, and clinical excellence. You can expect a compensation package of $180,000 annually, a 6% performance bonus, full health benefits for you and your family, and additional monthly travel and cell phone stipends. Qualifications
Active RN license in California (required)
4+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON)ready for regional-level responsibilities
Strong leadership and clinical background
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Experience in high-admission or high-acuity environments preferred
Local to the Greater Los Angeles area or willing to travel across Glendale, San Gabriel, and Hollywood.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site clinical leadership and support across 3–4 skilled nursing facilities
Partner with senior regional leadership to implement training, mentorship, and clinical systems
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey preparedness across communities
Guide and develop DONs, offering hands-on support in daily operations
Analyze quality metrics and collaborate with facility teams on performance improvement plans
Travel locally between assigned communities
