Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to support long-term care facilities in Indiana. You will conduct on-site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations, and help develop policy and staff training to improve resident outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the operating state, with BSN/MSN preferred, and 8+ years in healthcare including 3–5 years as DON in skilled nursing facilities.

Formación

• Current RN license in the state of operation.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• 8+ years in healthcare; 3–5 years as DON in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site visits to assess facility compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with development and revision of clinical policies to meet standards.
• Educate Administrators and DONs; implement systems to improve resident outcomes.
• Assist in screening for nurse management positions and training staff on regulations.
