Opco-Skilled-Management- seeks a Nurse Consultant/Regional Director of Clinical Operations to partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource and to help develop programs differentiating our services. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure policy adherence, and drive quality improvement across assigned sites.

• Minimum of 5 years long-term care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Director of Nursing.
• Regional experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Quality assurance of interdisciplinary clinical process.
• Provide educational information to facility nursing teams for clinical decision-making.
• Design and implement learning activities and educational programs.
• Evaluate nursing practices for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Apply leadership to guide others toward goals and coordinate resources.
• Assist in interviewing for Director of Nursing positions.
• Coordinate care management processes with IDT.
