Axiom Care in West Frankfort, Illinois is seeking a Regional Registered Nurse Consultant to advance clinical excellence across our skilled nursing facilities. You will monitor practices, lead staff development, and guide on-site teams to meet regulatory standards.

As a regional role, you will travel within the region, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement education programs to elevate resident care. RN licensure in Illinois is required and minimum 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Illinois is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar nursing role with focus on clinical operations and staff development.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel regionally, with overnight stays.
