Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical and operational leadership for advanced practice providers in a defined region. You will collaborate with physicians, facility leadership, operations, quality, and care management to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain active NP practice while covering vacancies, coordinate staffing and onboarding, and mentor providers on complex cases and quality initiatives across

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in NP from an accredited program.
• Current unrestricted NP license for practiced states.
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, clinical support, coaching to NPs and PAs across a region.
• Maintain active clinical practice to cover vacancies and assess member care responsibilities.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, leave, coverage, and on-call needs across facilities.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and competency development for new providers.
• Mentor providers on complex cases, care coordination, and quality metrics.
• Lead provider meetings, education sessions, and regional huddles with clear follow-ups.
• Oversee NP recruitment pipelines to grow PruittHealth Premier in region.
• Ensure orientation tools and workflows reflect current clinical services platform.
