Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Adult/Family/Gerontology NP program.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in practiced states.
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical guidance to assigned NPs/PA-Cs.
• Maintain active clinical practice to cover vacancies.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and coverage needs across regions.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and provider training.
• Mentor providers on care planning, documentation, and quality metrics.
• Lead regional meetings, education sessions, and clinical calls.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand services and improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, pathways, and regulatory standards.
