Celldex is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison Director (Immunology – West) to lead a high‑performing MSL team across the Eastern/Western U.S. This role translates Medical Affairs strategy into regional execution, delivering scientific engagement and insight generation to support launch readiness.
The candidate will drive regional plans, foster collaboration with KOLs and academic centers, and shape enterprise strategy through field insights while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry within Medical Affairs.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing Field Medical/MSL teams.
- Proven track record of KOL/HCP relationship building and cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of MSLs across East/West region.
- Translate Medical Affairs strategy into regional plans and execution.
- Drive high-quality scientific exchange with KOLs, academic centers, and community providers.
- Lead regional execution of medical initiatives, including advisory boards and evidence generation.
- Develop KPIs and field metrics to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
