Job summary

FCA in Michigan is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director will develop and execute a ministry plan aligned with the FCA Vision and Mission, creating a strategic approach to discipleship that equips staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes to make disciples who make disciples.

Qualifications

• Follow FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for the ministry.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.
• Recruiting, hiring, training and developing effective and diverse staff.
• Develop and execute a ministry plan for the assigned area with alignment to FCA Vision and Mission.
• Oversee fundraising and donor relations to fund the ministry and events.
• Mobilize staff and volunteers to pray, give, and go in the International Region.
