Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Provo seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through multiple Advancement lanes. The role aligns with the Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill FCA Vision, Mission and Values while developing a ministry plan for the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Agree with, and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, training and developing effective and diverse staff.
• Oversee donor advancement and fund development activities, including planning and budgeting.
• Mobilize aligned International Region by praying, giving, and going.
