JPW Industries seeks a Regional Metal Sales Specialist to own metalworking business across your territory, managing distributor relationships and driving end-user demand. You will coordinate with field distributors and lead opportunities from prospecting to revenue realization.

You have 5+ years in industrial metalworking sales, strong knowledge of metalworking equipment, and experience with Salesforce for pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in field sales, channel sales, or technical sales within industrial or metalworking markets.
• Proven experience managing distributor relationships and driving pull-through with end-user accounts.
• Hunter mindset with track record of proactive prospecting and pipeline growth.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking equipment and applications; able to demonstrate products in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor relationships across your territory and help their teams grow JPW's share.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline through proactive prospecting and end-user pull-through.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide application support to engineers and plant-level decision-makers.
• Drive territory revenue through opportunity creation, conversion, and ongoing growth.
• Build and manage a robust Salesforce pipeline and report activity regularly.
