Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Memory Care Specialist to support memory care and health services across communities in Northern California. The role requires frequent travel and past dementia-care leadership experience.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 with full benefits and relocation opportunities as needed. The candidate will work with Directors to maintain standards, train staff, and oversee resident programming for early memory loss through late-stage care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent in a similar field.
• Experience with dementia and management/leadership roles.
• CA DDS dementia trainer qualifications or willingness to obtain RCFE Administrator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new Directors.
• Co-train and coach Traditions Directors as directed by leadership.
• Conduct Traditions Program Audits and follow up per guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to Oakmont Traditions policies in all communities.
• Participate in policy development with Regional Memory Care leadership.
• Assist in new community openings, including hiring and training.
• Contribute to development of Oakmont Programming standards and systems.
