AmeriCU Credit Union is hiring a Regional Member Relationship Advisor I in Onondaga Hill, NY. You will build member relationships, assess financial needs, and connect clients with suitable products and services.

You will conduct financial wellness conversations, open accounts, and support lending while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role includes incentive eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial wellness conversations and identify member needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations and financial guidance.
• Create a positive experience that strengthens member loyalty.
• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Develop new member relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Follow up on referrals, appointments, and business opportunities.
• Recommend loans, credit cards, deposit products, and other financial services.
• Assist members through the lending process and complete accurate loan documentation.
• Support financial center sales and service goals.
• Assist with teller transactions and daily branch activities as needed.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive member solutions.
• Provide coverage at financial centers throughout the assigned region.
• Follow all regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
• Represent AmeriCU through community involvement and outreach efforts.

Regional Member Relationship Advisor I – AmeriCU Credit Union (Onondaga Hill, NY)

As a Regional Member Relationship Advisor I, you'll help members achieve financial success by building relationships, identifying financial needs, and connecting them with the right products and services. This role combines exceptional member service, relationship building, sales, lending, and operational support while contributing to the success of the financial center and the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do as a Member Service Representative

• Conduct financial wellness conversations and identify member needs.

Grow Member Relationships
