Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Regional Medical Science Liaison to support Medical Affairs for a multi-therapy portfolio, including inflammation. You will engage with clinical investigators, communicate non-promotional medical information, and collaborate with trial sites to advance programs.

You will develop regional expertise, work with CROs and local teams, travel up to 70%, and ensure scientific leadership in your region.

Qualifications

• Minimum master’s degree with medical credential (NP, RN, PA) from an accredited institution
• Terminal degree (PharmD, PhD) highly preferred
• MSL with pharmaceutical experience and medical credential (RN) may be considered with bachelor’s degree
• MSL experience required (minimum 2-3 years)
• Drug pre-approval (pre-PDUFA) MSL experience required
• IBD/GI or immunology experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present medical/scientific information clearly
• Relationship-building and networking skills
• Excellent organization and results orientation
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 70% of time
• Proximity to major airport preferred

Responsibilities

• Clinical Trial Support: primary interface with clinical trial sites; collaborate with Clinical Development and Operations for study execution and enrollment
• Scientific Expertise: develop deep expertise in multiple therapeutic areas, including inflammatory bowel disease
• Opinion Leader Engagement: build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and clinical investigators
• Cross-Functional Support: provide scientific support across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and other teams
• Compliance: operate ethically and comply with laws, regulations, and policies
