Stella Mental Health in the United States is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead Clinical Operations across multiple clinics. This role reports to the Chief Psychiatry Officer and embeds the Transformative Care model to ensure clinical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor physicians and APPs, drive performance metrics, and partner with Operations to align clinical care with business goals while supporting recruitment and oversight of interventional treatments.

Formación

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted license in the region.
• 7+ years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• EMR experience and proficiency with standard business apps.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional clinical leadership across multi-site clinics and mentor staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to care standards.
• Support recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with operations to align clinical and business objectives.
