Qualifications

• Board-certified Hospice & Palliative Care Physician
• Minimum 5+ years of post-fellowship experience
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin license

Responsibilities

• Lead program initiatives across inpatient, outpatient, and home-based care.
• Set quality and safety metrics for the region.
• Collaborate with Physicians, APPs, nurses, social workers, and scheduling staff.
• Develop and grow the Regional Hospice & Palliative Medicine Program.
