Job summary

SSM Health Wisconsin is seeking a PRN Hospice Physician to join our compassionate team. This role offers 100% remote work with an interdisciplinary care model and opportunities to impact hospice care in Wisconsin.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice & Palliative Care and the ability to obtain a Wisconsin license are required. Experience with Epic EMR is preferred and compensation is competitive.
