An established industry player is seeking a Regional Medical Director to oversee a portfolio of animal hospitals in the Dallas area. This full-time position requires a passionate veterinarian with strong leadership and organizational skills. The Regional Medical Director will oversee a portfolio of 20-35 animal hospitals in the Dallas, TX area, serving as a key partner and resource for veterinary teams. This field-based role involves weekly travel within the region, allowing for hands-on support and collaboration with diverse practice teams. The Regional Medical Director will work closely with hospital staff to maintain high standards of patient care, optimize operations, and promote a positive and effective work environment.

Location & Travel: This position requires regular travel within the Dallas area and the surrounding region. The successful candidate must reside within close proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to facilitate efficient travel.
