The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, be board certified in General Surgery, and possess strong leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to fostering teamwork. A background in minimally invasive and robotic surgery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ post-training experience.
• Demonstrated success developing or leading a recognized General Surgery program.
• Ability to obtain Kansas physician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and clinical development of General Surgery services.
• Oversee quality, patient safety, and operational performance.
• Support physician recruitment and mentorship.
