Job summary

Ag 1 Source in Wichita, KS seeks a Medical Director to blend patient care with clinical leadership. The role combines direct patient care (~16 hours/week) with leading physicians and APPs to improve care quality, access, and outcomes in a mission-driven primary care setting.

The ideal candidate is Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, with experience in community health or FQHC environments, and a collaborative leadership style. Must be eligible to work in the US.

Medical Director – Primary Care | Wichita, KS

We’re partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Wichita, Kansas to find an experienced Medical Director who wants to combine patient care with meaningful clinical leadership.

This is a unique opportunity for a physician who still enjoys practicing medicine but also wants a voice in shaping how care is delivered. The Medical Director will spend approximately 16 hours per week providing direct patient care, while also leading and developing a talented team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

Experience in an FQHC, community health center or similar mission-driven environment would be particularly valuable, but is not required.
