Job summary

Bridgeway Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow a medical device territory across two states, with a focus on hospitals and acute-care environments.

The candidate will navigate complex hospital sales processes, build relationships with clinicians and administrators, and drive new business while expanding existing accounts. This field-based role requires ownership of territory, travel, and sustained performance across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling into hospitals, operating rooms, acute care, or similar clinical environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
• Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Self-directed and capable of managing a large geographic territory.
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements and travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Expand business within existing hospital and healthcare accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, product evaluations, negotiations, and closing.
• Sell medical devices and capital equipment within hospital and acute-care environments.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical leaders, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical in-services.
• Develop relationships with key clinical advocates and industry influencers.
• Partner with clinical and sales leadership to support customer needs and territory growth.
