Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Regional Manager in Indianapolis to lead the regional sales team and drive growth across Respiratory product lines. You will guide account strategies, expand within existing accounts, and develop new business with major hospitals and healthcare systems.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage forecasts, and partner with Marketing to execute programs and events. A strategic mindset and proven multi-account closure capability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience with a proven track record of growth in the Respiratory product category.
• Must have proven success in closing complex, multi-shareholder deals in the US Acute Care Hospital market.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams on a regional level.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a business plan to increase market share at strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth through data-driven continuous improvement tools (sales funnel, gap analysis, value selling).
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales forecasts while maintaining profit margins.
• Develop and grow ICU Medical's Respiratory business with existing customers and new accounts.
• Create and execute selling strategies to gain share at strategic accounts.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve annual growth targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on programs and industry events; manage field execution.
