Qualifications

• Louisiana license in health services field required with 4+ years in admin roles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field with 4+ years in admin roles.
• Master's degree in health services or related field with 3+ years in admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily operations of regional developmental disability programs and medical certification functions.
• Supervises staff including Community Services Supervisor, Medical Certification Specialists, Community Support Professionals, and Administrative Coordinator; oversees eligibility, certification and service authorization.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, Medicaid, and state regulatory requirements.
• Oversees program operations including Individual & Family Support, Flexible Family Fund, Act 421/TEFRA, PASRR, ICF/IID.
• Monitors contracts and fiscal accountability; oversees data systems and reporting.
• Provides technical assistance and training to supervisory staff.
• Participates in meetings and training; conducts performance evaluations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
