Join Beacon Therapeutics (USA) Inc. as a Full-Time Regional Medical Associate Director/Director (RMD) in Medical Affairs, working remotely to advance ophthalmology treatments. You will collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement, influencing the development of therapies that impact patient care.

Responsibilities include building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), designing Advisory Boards, and Medical Information initiatives, and driving strategic insights. You will support product development and foster industry knowledge sharing, contributing to medical excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a background in ophthalmology medical affairs within pharma or biotech, with experience in Medical Information, evidence generation, HEOR, and Medical Communications. Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in retina, gene therapy, or rare diseases, and late-stage development or launch experience, are highly preferred.
