Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Specialist to support MDS processes, PPS, QM compliance, and Medicaid/Medicare guidelines across multiple sites. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong organization, and a passion for training stakeholders.

You will travel 80–90% to assigned facilities, mentor MDS coordinators, conduct audits, and contribute to program design and education using diverse media.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed RN in a long-term care setting.
• MDS Experience in LTC in the past two (2) years.
• Willing to travel 80%–90% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with systems development and implementation of programs applying to RAI, PPS, QM’s, Medicaid Casemix and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines for all SHC Stakeholders.
• Assist with design and presentation of RAI, PPS, Quality Measures, Medicare and Medicare education utilizing various media, technology, workshops, classes, and one on one.
• Conduct facility site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and to evaluate and reinforce RAI/MDS/PPS processes.
• Travel to multi-site facilities 4 days per week with one day working remote.
