Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $45.00 to $65.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

We are looking for full-time LVN or RN Regional MDS Coordinator.

The main duty of this position is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Must be currently licensed as an RN in good standing with a minimum of 2 years of MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • MDS Certification is preferred. Must possess basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines. Candidate must have very good communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, as well be very attentive to detail and be very accurate.
