Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for a regional team of Network Solutions Architects. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and standardizing P25-LMR networks across the region and guiding enterprise applications integration.

Ideal candidates will drive regional design standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with the Network Practice Office, delivering high-quality designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams within mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of P25-LMR, LTE, and public safety networks.
• Ability to travel regionally (25–50%) and work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional NSA team of network architects.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Provide design guidance and ensure reference designs and documentation meet standards.
• Collaborate on bid strategies and project deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation in network design and deployment tasks.
