Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for a regional group of NSAs. You will guide design standards, oversee ASTRO P25 LMR deployments, and ensure high-quality network designs across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, autonomy, and a commitment to evolving technologies in mission-critical environments with travel across the Midwest/Western US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical/public-safety environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and transport networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs).
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Direct and support post-sale troubleshooting for complex network issues.
• Provide design guidance on transport networks for P25-LMR, LTE, Smart Public Safety, and enterprise applications.
• Review and present technically compelling system designs to stakeholders.
