ABOUT THE JOB

The Regional Marketing & Engagement Specialist oversees the marketing and engagement efforts for a dedicated region or set of clients. This individual is highly skilled in consumer healthcare marketing strategies that drive patient awareness and engagement into our health centers and ancillary products. This person thrives in a fast-paced growth environment that balances leading and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work with a diverse, passionate team of marketers, and collaborate closely with multiple internal departments and clients. The Regional Marketing & Engagement Specialist will report to the Director of Patient Marketing & Engagement, while working closely with the broader Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead marketing, engagement and grassroots efforts for dedicated region
  • Partner with regional Operations leadership to support key strategic clients, conduct quarterly client reviews, and support strategic network markets within the region
  • Using data, conduct quarterly review of performance metricsand upcoming engagement with Marketing and Operations leadership
  • Prepare monthly reports on client engagement and marketing efforts to share with regional Operations leadership
  • Serve as liaison between regional Operations leaders and other Marketing teams to ensure meeting regional engagement and marketing needs
  • Lead development of engagement plans for strategic clients and support planning process for all clients in market
  • Lead development of creative asset, content, and campaign development to drive regional client engagement strategies
  • Attend client onsite meetings and events as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communication and 3-4 years of experience in consumer marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must reside in California- Southern CA preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within dedicated region

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
