We're looking for a talented Regional Marketing Manager who will lead national executive engagement programs and support scaled marketing initiatives for the South and LATAM regions. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing, you will be responsible for:



  • Developing, executing, and optimizing executive engagement programs such as roundtables, VIP events, and thought leadership initiatives across the US

  • Partnering with regional sales and marketing teams to adapt, launch, and optimize scalable demand-generation programs, account-based campaigns, and tailored events in the South and LATAM regions

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with corporate marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver cohesive go-to-market (GTM) programs

  • Utilizing tools like SFDC, Tableau, and intent data to refine targeting, ensure alignment with sales priorities, and measure effectiveness

  • Measuring and reporting program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, account engagement, and ROI


What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)



  • 6+ years of high-tech B2B marketing experience, including demand generation/acceleration programs and driving executive engagement efforts

  • Proven track record of running executive-level engagement programs with successful outcomes

  • Experience measuring ROI and communicating results to stakeholders

  • Exceptional communication skills with tailored approaches for executive-level audiences

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%


What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)



  • Experience supporting cross-regional programs in South and/or LATAM markets

  • Proficiency with MarTech platforms such as SFDC, Marketo, and Tableau

  • Field and channel sales partnership experience within IT or cybersecurity sectors

  • Spanish language proficiency

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.


The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500$175,000 USD
