JOB DESCRIPTIONRegional Marketing Manager, EuropeLocation: Beverly, MA (with approx 25% travel)This role supports the Europe regional marketing strategy in close collaboration with local account managers to drive market share growth, improve customer satisfaction, and anticipate future market needs across the European semiconductor ecosystem. The position is a key contributor in developing go-to-market strategies across assigned Axcelis product lines, leads customer-facing technical marketing engagements, and translates voice-of-customer insights into clear guidance for product development teams.Acting as a strong, bidirectional link between Axcelis headquarters and the Europe sales organization, this role requires a strategic, proactive mindset to generate innovative solutions and deliver results with high accountability.
