Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to provide field marketing support across communities and coordinate signage, photography, and event logistics. You will work with sales leaders to fulfill collateral requests and ensure accurate QMI materials and MLS listings.
The role requires 0–2 years in marketing coordination, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office, MLS, Canva, and Airtable. Weekly travel within the division is expected.

Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is essential. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment that may be in excess of 50 pounds. The job may require occasional operation of construction equipment.
Base pay ranges from $20.05 to $25 per hour, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and geographic differences. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions.
