Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, communications and business development across regions.

You will partner with Regional Leadership, Operations and HR to strengthen the SpecialtyRx brand and ensure consistency across locations, while supporting strategic marketing initiatives. The role requires regular travel to company locations to execute campaigns, coordinate events, gather content, assist with new pharmacy openings, and ensure brand,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of marketing, communications, events, or related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic marketing or design software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned regions to support marketing and business development activities.
• Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring branding, messaging, and visual standards are consistently represented across all assigned locations.
• Conduct periodic reviews of regional locations to ensure marketing materials, signage, and branded assets remain current and aligned with company standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage educational webinars and virtual events for healthcare facility partners, working with internal subject matter experts and external presenters.
• Coordinate with Corporate Marketing to maintain a consistent regional presence across all digital communication channels.
• Assist with the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Human Resources and Regional Leadership to reinforce company culture, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding across assigned locations.
• Support new opening locations and other regional initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional materials and marketing supplies for regional events.
